Brian Taylor formerly worked for GMSS Ltd where he was Chief Scientific Officer and Public Analyst for nine local authorities in Greater Manchester. He now acts as a consultant in environmental investigators/food analysis, and quality systems/accreditation. He is Training Officer for the Association of Public Analysts and currently a member of the Council of the Association of Public Analysts and Chairman of the Association's Training Committee. He has been Honorary Treasurer of the NW Region since 1983 and before that was an ordinary member of the Committee. Interests include food analysis and environmental investigations, particularly air pollution and air quality.
